Booking
Appointments can be made through our online form, messengers, or by phone. No prepayment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations & No-Shows
If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance or miss your appointment, we may ask for a prepayment for future bookings.
This is necessary because short-notice cancellations prevent us from offering the slot to another guest.
Prepayments are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we may not be able to perform the full treatment. In some cases, the session may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

Payments
We accept credit/debit cards, MB Way, and cash. Payment is due at the end of the session.
